WhatsApp for your business, in one inbox.
CREZIR OS works as a WhatsApp CRM for small business: every conversation sits in the same inbox as Instagram, Facebook, web chat and email, next to the customer’s history and the next step.
WhatsApp opens once Meta finishes reviewing our business. Until then, book a diagnostic.
Three people, one phone, and nobody knows who answered.
That is what WhatsApp looks like when it grows with the business. In CREZIR OS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, web chat and email arrive in one place. Each conversation shows who the customer is, what they asked and what happens next.
If one phone and one person can keep up with your messages, the WhatsApp Business app is enough. CREZIR starts to matter when messages arrive while nobody is looking, come from several channels, or leave your follow-up in someone’s memory.
On Pro and Total, a virtual assistant answers first.
It introduces itself as a virtual assistant. Your customers see something like this:
Hi, I’m [business]’s virtual assistant. If you’d rather talk to a person, type “person”.
It answers about your business: services, hours, prices, openings. It books appointments. It is not a general chatbot, and it hands the conversation to a person whenever the customer asks.
Two rules decide what you can send on WhatsApp.
- The 24-hour window. When a customer writes to you, WhatsApp opens a 24-hour window. Inside it, you can reply with any message. The window closes 24 hours after the customer’s last message.
- Templates. After the window closes, you can only send a template: a short message written in advance and approved by Meta. Outside the window, appointment reminders, “your quote is ready” and follow-ups go out as templates.
We write your first follow-up templates and submit them for approval as part of setup.
You can start a conversation only with people who agreed to hear from you.
A customer who writes to you opens the window, and you can reply. To write first, including after the window closes, you need their clear permission, called opt-in. A checked box on a form is the usual way. People who say stop are removed, and no automatic message goes to them again.
Before WhatsApp opens up
Meta reviews your business.
Connecting your WhatsApp number is part of setup. The review is Meta’s, and so is its timing.
Questions
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
If you use the WhatsApp Business app today, we can connect that same number and you keep using the app on your phone. That connection has limits: groups, calls, broadcast lists and the catalog are not supported. Otherwise, a number can be on only one platform at a time, so we set up a new number for the system.
What does it cost to send messages?
Messages are billed by use at the current rate, separately from your plan: replies inside the 24-hour window and templates outside it. The rate changes with your customer’s country and the type of message.
Who sees the conversations?
You and the people you add to your account. The CREZIR team has access for setup and support. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
