1 · What cookies are and why we use them

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies (such as local storage) do the same job. We use them to make the site work, to remember your choices and, if you allow it, to measure visits.

This policy explains the cookies on crezir.com (in English and Spanish). It applies to everyone who visits the site, wherever you are. For visitors in Spain and the EU we follow the GDPR and Spain’s LSSI (art. 22.2). U.S. law is generally more permissive about cookies, but California and other states give you opt-out rights over “sharing” and targeted advertising. To keep things simple and consistent, we apply the same approach to every visitor: cookies that are not necessary stay off until you accept them.

2 · The cookies we use

There are three categories.

Necessary (always on; they do not need your consent)

CookieSet byWhat it doesDuration
crezir_consentCREZIRStores your cookie choice12 months
pll_languageCREZIRRemembers the language you choseUp to 1 year
__cf_bmCloudflareSecurity: tells people from bots30 minutes
Platform providerMakes the form or calendar you asked for work and prevents duplicate submissionsSession

Analytics (only if you accept)

CookieSet byWhat it doesDuration
_gaGoogle Analytics 4Tells visitors apart without identifying you by name2 years
_ga_<identifier>Google Analytics 4Keeps session state2 years

3 · How Google’s consent mode works

We use Google’s consent mode v2 in its basic mode. In plain words: before you choose, Google’s tags do not load and Google receives nothing. If you accept, they load with your permission. If you reject, they still do not load.

What you controlWhat changesIf you acceptIf you reject
AnalyticsWhether Google Analytics stores cookies and measures your visitOnOff
AdvertisingWhether Google and Meta store ad cookies, receive data about your visit and personalize adsOnOff

We keep a record of your choice (date, banner version and what you chose) for 3 years.

4 · How to change or withdraw your choice

At any time, from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (in California and other U.S. states, also labeled “Your Privacy Choices”). Withdrawing your permission takes the same effort as giving it. We remember your choice for 12 months; after that we ask again. Your choice applies on crezir.com and on axis.crezir.com.

5 · Other ways to control cookies

  • Your browser. You can block or delete cookies in its settings. If you block the necessary ones, parts of the site may fail.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a rejection of advertising cookies. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals because there is not yet a common standard.
  • Devices and apps. Review your device’s privacy controls.

6 · Third-party content

Some parts of the site load content from other companies, such as the diagnostic form and calendar. If you click the WhatsApp button, you leave for WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta. If you pay, you do it on Stripe’s page. Those companies have their own cookie and privacy policies.

7 · Changes

If we change the cookies we use, we update this policy and, if we need your permission, we ask you again.
