Usage is billed by consumption, on top of your plan.
Your plan price covers the system. Usage covers what you send, at the current rate: WhatsApp messages, email and AI minutes. WhatsApp rates change with your customer’s country and the type of message.

Who does the setup?
Today, the CREZIR team. As AXIS by CREZIR certifies implementers, they will join the team with a credential anyone can verify.
What does the assistant do, and what does it say about itself?
It answers customers about your business and books appointments. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant and hands the conversation to a person whenever the customer asks.
Do you promise more sales?
No. A system that answers, books and follows up removes the reasons customers slip away. Sales depend on your offer, your market and your customers.
