The short version
This does not replace the full text, but it gives you the idea.

- CREZIR’s WhatsApp assistant is virtual. Type “person” and you are handed to a human.
- We do not sell your data.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop messaging you.

1.2 Who this policy covers. People who visit crezir.com (in English and Spanish), use our forms or the calculator, talk to CREZIR’s WhatsApp assistant, book a diagnostic, apply as implementers, or are our customers.
1.3 What this policy does not cover.
- AXIS by CREZIR (axis.crezir.com) has its own privacy policy.
- The data of our customers’ contacts. For that data we are not the controller but the processor (§9).
2 · What we collect, why, and on what basis
Because we serve people in the U.S., Spain, Mexico, Colombia and beyond, we use the European GDPR’s “legal bases” as a common standard. A legal basis is the reason that lets us handle your data.
| When you… | We collect… | We use it to… | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Browse the site | IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, language, where you came from (including campaign parameters), approximate country, and the cookies you accept | Keep the site working and secure; measure visits | Legitimate interest (operation and security). Consent (analytics and advertising) |
| Fill in a form or request a diagnostic | Name, email, phone or WhatsApp, your business name and type, size, main channel, your message; language and country (we infer your time zone from it); where you came from (first and last touch: source, medium, campaign, landing page) | Reply, book, qualify your inquiry and follow up until a proposal | Steps before a contract, at your request. Legitimate interest in following up on your request |
| Use the calculator | The numbers you type (messages per day, after-hours share, ticket size, close rate). We do not ask for personal data to show you the result. | Show you the result | Legitimate interest |
| Opt in to updates (email or WhatsApp) | Your email or number, and proof of your permission: date, text and source | Send you CREZIR content and offers | Consent (in Spain, also art. 21 of the LSSI) |
| Book a diagnostic | Name, contact, date and time, qualification answers | Run the diagnostic; reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before; offer to reschedule if you cannot make it | Steps before a contract |
| Talk to the WhatsApp assistant | Your number, profile name, messages and files, what you tell us about your business (type, size, channel, urgency) and the date of your permission | Answer, qualify, book and hand off to a person (§3) | Steps before a contract. Consent for WhatsApp |
| Arrive from AXIS with “do it for me” | Name, contact, language, business type and that you came from AXIS | Have CREZIR serve you, as you asked | Steps before a contract, at your request |
| Are a customer | Business and signer details (legal name, address, tax ID, email, phone), plan, billing (payment status and the last 4 digits of the card; not the full number), access you authorize, support requests, service usage | Provide the service, bill, support you, meet tax and accounting obligations, prevent fraud | Contract. Legal obligation. Legitimate interest (security and service improvement) |
| Apply as an implementer | Name, contact, country, your AXIS · Implementer Certification code and its public verification, whatever you add | Review your application, verify your certification, contact you and, if applicable, add you to our implementer pool | Steps before a contract. Legitimate interest |
| Write to us (support, privacy, other) | What you write and, if you exercise a right, what we need to identify you | Help you and keep a record | Legitimate interest. Legal obligation |
2.1 Improving CREZIR. We use aggregated or de-identified data to understand which pages and messages work. That does not identify anyone.
2.2 Automated decisions. We do not make decisions solely by automated means that have legal effects on you. The assistant qualifies your inquiry so it can offer you the diagnostic, and a person decides the next steps.
2.3 Data we do not want. Do not send us health data, card numbers or passwords through forms or chat. We do not need them.
3 · CREZIR’s virtual WhatsApp assistant
- It is virtual. Its first line is always: “Hi, I’m CREZIR’s virtual assistant. If you’d rather talk to a person, type “person.”” It is artificial intelligence.
- You can talk to a person. Type “person” and you are handed off right away. Outside business hours, we tell you when a person will answer.
- What it keeps. Your number, profile name, the conversation, files you send, what you tell us about your business, and the date, text and source of your WhatsApp permission.
- What for. Answering you, understanding what your business needs, offering you the diagnostic and booking it.
- How the AI works. The text of your messages is processed by AI models that are part of the platform, to generate the answer. CREZIR does not use your conversations to train AI models.
- Human review. People on our team may read conversations, for example a random sample to check the assistant’s quality.
- WhatsApp belongs to Meta. Meta handles WhatsApp data under its own policies. Meta does not sponsor or back CREZIR.
- Opt-out. Type STOP and we stop messaging you there.
4 · Text messages (SMS)
In this version, CREZIR does not send you text messages (SMS). If we ever do, we will ask for separate consent and update this policy.
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages that our customers send to their own contacts are each customer’s responsibility (§9).
5 · Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with those we need to provide the service and follow the law.
| Who | What for | What data |
|---|---|---|
| CRM, messaging, scheduling, forms, automation and AI platform, which we use under our own brand (a technology provider in the U.S.) | Store your records and conversations, send and receive messages, schedule, automate follow-ups | What is in your forms, conversations and appointments. If you want to know which platform it is, ask us |
| Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) | The messaging channels | Your messages and channel data |
| Stripe | Charging for setup and the subscription | Billing and payment details |
| Hostinger | Hosting crezir.com | Technical visit data and what you submit on the site. |
| Cloudflare | Site security and speed | Technical visit data |
| Google (Google Analytics 4) | Measuring visits, only if you accept analytics cookies | Browsing data, without your name |
| Phone, SMS, email and AI model providers (through the platform) | Delivering messages, calls and answers | What each send requires |
| Independent contractors (for example, implementers) | Doing setup and support | Only what the work requires, under confidentiality |
| Advisors (lawyers, accountants, tax advisors) | Meeting obligations and defending rights | What is needed |
| Authorities | When the law or a valid order requires it | What is required |
| A buyer of the business, if there is a sale or reorganization | Continuing the service | What is needed, with notice |
6 · International transfers
Dashing Media LLC is in the U.S. and our providers operate in the U.S. and other countries. Your data may be handled outside your country. When data leaves the European Economic Area, we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, if the recipient is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In Mexico and Colombia, we apply the safeguards local law requires. You can ask for a copy of the safeguards by writing to privacidad@crezir.com.
7 · How long we keep your data
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Proof of your consent (date, text, source) | 3 years |
| Contacts who do not buy | |
| WhatsApp assistant conversations | |
| Customers | For the life of the contract and then as long as tax and accounting laws require |
| Implementer applications | While you are in the pool, or until you ask us to delete them |
| Analytics (Google Analytics 4) | |
| Rights requests and our replies | 3 years, as a record |
| Opt-out list | We keep your address or number so we do not contact you again. This is necessary to honor your opt-out |
After the period, we delete or anonymize the data. Some backups take a little longer to disappear.
8 · Your rights and how to use them
8.1 For everyone
You have the right to: know what data of yours we hold and get a copy; correct it; ask us to delete it; object to certain uses; and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
- How. Write to privacidad@crezir.com. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
- Opt-outs. Our emails include a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address (CAN-SPAM). On WhatsApp, type STOP. We stop sending you marketing messages right away and in any case within 10 business days.
- Timing. Our target is to delete or opt you out within 10 business days. In every case we reply within the deadlines of the law that applies to you.
- Cost. It is free. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse if a request is clearly unfounded or excessive, and we will explain why.
8.2 Spain, European Union and European Economic Area (GDPR and LOPDGDD)
In addition to the above: you can ask for the restriction of processing, portability of the data you gave us (in a structured format), and not to be subject to automated decisions with legal effects. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
8.3 Mexico (Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, in force since 2025)
You have the ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. You can also revoke your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.
- Controller identity and address: those in section 1.
- Necessary purposes: replying to you, booking your diagnostic, providing the service, billing and complying with the law.
- Purposes that are not necessary: sending you CREZIR content and offers. You can refuse them without affecting the service, by writing to privacidad@crezir.com or using the unsubscribe in each message.
- How to exercise your ARCO rights: write to privacidad@crezir.com with your name, a way to reply, a copy of a document that proves your identity, a clear description of what you are asking for, and any detail that helps us find your information.
- Changes to this notice: we post them on this page and, if the purposes change, we email you.
- Authority: if you believe your rights were violated, you can go to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
- Sensitive data: we do not ask for it. If we ever needed it (for example, health data), we would ask for your express written consent.
8.4 Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012 and implementing rules)
You have the right to: know, update and correct your data; ask for proof of the authorization you gave us; be told how we use your data; file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC); revoke the authorization and ask for deletion; and access your data for free.
- How. Write to privacidad@crezir.com. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, extendable in the cases and for the time the law sets.
- Sensitive data: answering questions about it is optional. We do not ask for it.
8.5 California and other U.S. states
If you live in California, the law (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access it; correct it; delete it; opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor these rights for people who live in California and, for simplicity, for people who live in any U.S. state, even where the law does not require it in every case.
| Category of information (last 12 months) | Where it comes from | What for | Who we disclose it to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP) | You; your device | Replying to you, providing the service, security | Service providers (§5) |
| Commercial information (plan, purchases, billing) | You; Stripe | Contract, billing, legal obligations | Service providers; advisors |
| Internet activity (pages viewed, clicks, campaign source) | Your browser, with your consent | Measuring and improving the site | Google (analytics) |
| Approximate location (country or city from IP) | Your device | Time zone, language, security | Service providers |
| Professional information (business, role, industry) | You | Qualifying your inquiry | Service providers |
| Communications content (messages, emails) | You | Helping you | Service providers; Meta |
| Inferences (business type and size, urgency) | What you tell us | Offering you the diagnostic | Service providers |
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for decisions with legal effects. We do not collect sensitive personal information except what you choose to tell us. To use your rights, write to privacidad@crezir.com, or have an authorized agent do it with your written permission. We verify your identity before acting. We respond within 45 days at most, and may extend that by another 45 days with notice. Other U.S. state privacy laws may give you similar rights; we use this same process for them. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is defined in Nevada law either.
Browser signals. We treat the Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection of advertising cookies. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals because there is not yet a common standard.
8.6 Other countries
If you live in another country in Latin America or elsewhere, you have the rights your law gives you. We handle them with the same process as in section 8.1.
9 · The data of our customers’ contacts
When a customer business uses CREZIR OS, it stores its own contacts’ data (its customers, prospects or patients) in the system. For that data, the business is the controller (or “business”) and CREZIR is the processor (or “service provider”): we handle it only on the business’s behalf and under its instructions, as the Terms of Service explain (section 10).
- If you received a message from a business that uses CREZIR OS and you want to use your rights, write to that business: it decides what happens to your data.
- If you do not know which business it was, write to privacidad@crezir.com with the number or email where you received it and we will help you find out.
- If a request reaches us, we pass it on to the business without delay.
10 · Minors
crezir.com is for businesses and professionals who are adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor gave us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
11 · Security
We protect your data with measures that are reasonable for the risk: role-based access limited to what is needed, separate accounts for each customer, two-step verification on accounts with administrative access, and our providers’ security measures. No measure is foolproof. If a security breach affects you, we tell you, and we notify authorities when the law requires it.
12 · Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. We explain them in the Cookie Policy, where you can also change your choice at any time.
13 · Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with its effective date. If the change is important (for example, new purposes), we email you. We keep earlier versions and will send them to you on request.
